Maintenance Sales Engineer (HVAC)

About the Role

Systemair Middle East is seeking a Maintenance Sales Engineer (HVAC) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the sale of HVAC and ventilation maintenance services, including both preventive and corrective maintenance agreements. The position involves developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets for long-term service contracts.

Role Overview

The Maintenance Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales of HVAC and ventilation maintenance services. This includes identifying customer needs, promoting service plans, and securing maintenance agreements. The role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and customer relationship management to ensure renewals and recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for HVAC maintenance contracts through calls, visits, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Conduct site visits to understand customer HVAC/ventilation systems and assess maintenance requirements.
• Promote preventive maintenance plans and service packages to residential, commercial, or industrial clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract documents.
• Follow up with leads and close maintenance agreements to meet company targets.
• Coordinate with the service/maintenance team to ensure correct scope, scheduling, and availability of services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the sales pipeline using CRM or reporting tools.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage contract renewals and upgrades.
• Track competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to improve sales strategy.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and submit required reports.

Performance Targets

• Achieve monthly sales targets for maintenance contracts.
• Increase customer renewals and recurring revenue.
• Improve pipeline conversion rate and lead follow-up effectiveness.
