The Role: Management Consultant (Saudi Nationals Only)

Efficio is seeking a Management Consultant to join its full-time operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is open to Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience. As a Management Consultant, you will report to a senior team member and be responsible for specific workstreams within client projects, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the collection and interpretation of client data to support solution development.
Drive data analysis and identify key insights and issues.
Oversee multiple small or complex categories.
Support and guide junior consultants, ensuring adherence to Efficio methodologies.
Manage relationships with client stakeholders to secure buy-in for strategies.
Set strategic direction, solve complex client problems, and tailor solutions.
Plan and implement strategies to achieve targeted outcomes.
Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies.
Participate in the recruitment process for potential junior consultants.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Management consulting experience within a leading consultancy, ideally in procurement and/or supply chain, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience or interest in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain, operations, infrastructure, or capital projects.
Proven track record of working closely with senior client stakeholders.
Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate key issues and draw sound conclusions.
Strong grasp of detail and a hands-on approach.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to confidently improve existing ways of working, recognize opportunities, and identify innovative solutions that add value to clients.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
