About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager, Delivery Management to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for overseeing the successful delivery of technology and digital products, projects, and services from their initial stages through to production.

Role Purpose

The Manager, Delivery Management serves as the primary liaison between various stakeholders, including business teams, product teams, technology teams, vendors, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and executive management. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring effective management of scope, budget, quality, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. The core objective is to ensure that features are delivered successfully and provide measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business and product teams.
• Coordinate solution design with architects.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Manage vendor contracts and statements of work.
• Develop and maintain the delivery roadmap.
• Track and report on development progress.
• Identify and remove blockers affecting delivery teams.
• Oversee testing and release activities.
• Ensure successful deployment into production environments.
• Monitor and address post-production issues.
• Provide regular delivery status reports to executive management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technology implementation.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves contributing to Qiddiya's strategic technology initiatives within a dynamic environment.
