The company is focused on delivering world-class entertainment and leisure experiences. This full-time position for a Manager, Operational Readiness is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Manager, Operational Readiness is responsible for ensuring that all operational aspects of Qiddiya's projects are prepared for successful implementation. This involves strategizing, planning, and executing operational readiness initiatives that align with the company's objectives to deliver high-standard experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive operational readiness plans for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Collaborate with various departments, including project management, design, and HR, to ensure all operational requirements are met prior to launch.
Conduct detailed assessments of operational readiness, identifying gaps and recommending solutions to enhance service delivery.
Design, implement, and oversee staff training programs aimed at equipping teams with the necessary skills for operational excellence.
Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and readiness, providing regular updates to senior management.
Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project rollouts.
Foster a customer-focused culture among staff to ensure high standards of guest experience are consistently met and exceeded.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in operational readiness, project implementation, or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record in managing complex operational initiatives.
