Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Manager, Operational Readiness to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the successful preparation and execution of operational plans for the company's ambitious projects.

Role Purpose

The Manager, Operational Readiness will play a critical role in guaranteeing that all operational elements are meticulously planned and in place. This ensures smooth project launches and the delivery of high-quality guest experiences across Qiddiya's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee operational readiness plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and organizational goals.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and various departments to identify operational needs and address potential gaps.
• Conduct comprehensive operational readiness assessments to verify that all systems, processes, and resources are prepared for launch.
• Lead the development and delivery of training programs for operational teams, ensuring readiness and adherence to established standards.
• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to operational performance and readiness, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to prevent operational issues during project rollouts.
• Promote a guest-centric culture that emphasizes excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational readiness, operations management, or similar roles.
• Experience ideally within the entertainment or hospitality sectors.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture, business practices, and the regulatory environment is advantageous.
