The Role

REEF Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign execution, market research, content coordination, and brand activities, working with both internal teams and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activities across digital, social media, retail, and offline channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and events.
• Coordinate with Creative, Social Media, E-commerce, Sales, and Retail teams.
• Work with external agencies, suppliers, influencers, and other marketing partners as required.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights.
• Support content planning and ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
• Track marketing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and campaign requirements.
• Stay updated on consumer trends, competitor activities, and developments within the beauty and retail market.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution.
• Demonstrated experience in market research and content coordination.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
