About Limak Al-Ayuni JV

Limak Al-Ayuni JV, also known as Al-Ayuni Limak Contracting Company, is a joint venture formed by Al-Ayuni Investment & Contracting and Limak Holding. This partnership is dedicated to delivering significant infrastructure projects for Trojena, NEOM, which is being developed as a year-round tourist destination and will host the 2029 Asian Winter Games. Key projects include The Vault, a futuristic vertical village, and the Time Travel Tunnels, which are twin-bored transport tunnels designed to connect critical areas and support logistics.

The Master Plumber Role

The Master Plumber is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to supporting large-scale construction and infrastructure projects within the joint venture, contributing to the development of modern urban living, advanced transport systems, and global tourism infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain plumbing systems, piping networks, water supply, and drainage systems for residential, hotel, commercial, and tunnel facilities.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Coordinate effectively with site engineers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure all installations comply with relevant codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Diagnose complex plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
• Oversee and implement preventative maintenance activities for all plumbing infrastructure.
• Supervise plumbing teams or subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Document work performed thoroughly and prepare material requests as needed.
• Support the commissioning, testing, and handover processes for plumbing systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Master Plumber.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in plumbing, preferably within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Work Environment

This position is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh. The successful candidate will work directly on project sites, contributing to the development of critical infrastructure.
