About the Role

AREEB is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves designing, developing, testing, and overseeing the manufacturing of mechanical components and thermal systems. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in the field.

Role Overview

In this position, the Mechanical Engineer will apply principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science to address complex technical challenges. The role includes creating 3D models and guiding products from initial concept through to production. Collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams, production managers, and technicians is essential to ensure all designs meet functional, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 3D CAD models, assembly drawings, and schematics for mechanical systems using tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo.
Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and stress/thermal calculations to validate structural integrity and performance.
Build, test, and evaluate physical prototypes, analyzing performance data to refine and optimize mechanical designs.
Select appropriate materials, manufacturing processes, and tolerance standards to balance performance, reliability, and production costs.
Partner with electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless system integration and resolve technical issues during production.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 0-1 years in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (*, SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo) is required.
Knowledge of analysis and simulation tools (FEA, CFD) is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Mechanical Engineer will work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
