Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Technician to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to maintaining the operational efficiency of our facilities by implementing maintenance programs, performing breakdown troubleshooting, and contributing to cost reduction initiatives. The Mechanical Technician will ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in cost reduction plans by repairing defective parts that can be restored, rather than replacing them.
• Contribute to achieving the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan to minimize equipment breakdowns.
• Perform troubleshooting and analysis for mechanical breakdowns.
• Implement the established Maintenance Program effectively.
• Execute Preventive Maintenance tasks according to the predetermined schedule.
• Receive and manage spare parts material required for troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance work.
• Follow ISO Procedures applicable to maintenance operations and related work.
• Perform general administrative duties associated with maintenance activities.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing maintenance activities and outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance.
• Good knowledge of power transmission systems.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic circuits.
• Good knowledge of pneumatic circuits.
• Good knowledge in welding and fabrication techniques.
