The Role of Media Communications Specialist

CharismaQ is seeking a Media Communications Specialist to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on supporting client and company communication objectives through effective media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and distribute media content, including press releases, media statements, and key messages, to support client and company communication objectives.
• Coordinate public relations activities.
• Manage relationships with media outlets.
• Support social media marketing campaigns to ensure consistent and effective brand presence.

Daily Tasks

• Draft and review communication content.
• Prepare briefing materials for executives.
• Collaborate with video production teams to develop media assets.
• Monitor media coverage and performance metrics.
• Work closely with training and analytics teams to align communications with CharismaQ’s AI-powered performance insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in media communications or a related field.

Work Setting
