About the Role

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking a Media Search Analyst Arabic (SA) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position offers the flexibility to set your own schedule while completing tasks using a web-based evaluation tool. The role involves contributing to the assessment of digital media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of diverse task categories, including music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations across various media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content.
• Perform research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.
• Apply market expertise and provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the specific market.

Candidate Profile and Experience

No prior professional experience is required for this role. Successful candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Residency in Saudi Arabia for the last year consecutively.
• Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Saudi Arabia.
• While a High School degree or higher certification is preferred, candidates with relevant skills and talent are encouraged to apply.

Technical and Logistical Requirements

• An email address associated with an Apple ID, along with experience and knowledge of Apple products.
• Up-to-date familiarity with prevailing trends in applications, music, and video, coupled with an interest in internet research.
• Flexibility to work across diverse task types, including news, audio tasks, and relevance evaluations.
• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, a computer, and relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new methodologies and processes, demonstrating attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Work Arrangement and Quality Assurance

This is a part-time, long-term project. All work performed will be subject to standard quality assurance checks throughout the term of the agreement.

Assessment Process

To qualify for the program, applicants will be required to take an open-book qualification exam and complete ID verification. Guidelines and learning materials will be provided prior to the exam, which must be completed within a specific timeframe at the applicant's convenience.
