Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations Consultant

About the Role

PROVEN Consult is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Consultant / Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience, specifically in hands-on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system designs and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations based on defined business and project requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system design, configuration, and functional solutions.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Project Operations utilizing low-code/no-code capabilities and custom development as needed.
• Work with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Design and support system integrations and data flows between Dynamics 365 Project Operations and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using Dynamics 365 Project Operations data.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to define business processes, workflows, system requirements, and reporting needs.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities, including configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and user support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Demonstrated direct, hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Proficiency in implementing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and reporting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse).
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective system designs and solutions.

Important Note for Applicants

Candidates with direct, hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations implementation experience will be prioritized. Applicants with only general Dynamics 365 experience, without specific Project Operations implementation experience, may not be considered for this role.
