The Role: Motor Insurance Lead

Albawani is seeking a Motor Insurance Lead to manage and support the organization's motor insurance programs. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focuses on the day-to-day execution, ensuring compliance, and optimizing insurance coverage. The Lead will collaborate closely with the Head of Motor Insurance to align program activities with broader strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage motor insurance programs, including coverage for fleet and employee vehicles.
• Ensure daily operations adhere to organizational standards and policies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of insurance programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about local regulations and industry standards pertinent to motor insurance.
• Assist in identifying and assessing risks associated with motor insurance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and prepare for audits.
• Support the management of relationships with insurance carriers and brokers.
• Assist in the negotiation of motor insurance contracts under the guidance of senior management.
• Oversee the claims process to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Assist in managing the motor insurance budget and monitoring expenditures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in motor insurance management or related fields.
• Demonstrated understanding of motor insurance products and policies.
• Relevant insurance certifications (*, CEBS, GBA) are considered a plus.
• Experience working with vendors and managing professional relationships.
