About Aajil and the Multimedia Designer Role

The company empowers Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the construction and manufacturing sectors with flexible, fast, and accessible financial tools, challenging traditional trading systems. We are seeking a Multimedia Designer to join our team in Riyadh for a full-time position.

Role Context and Scope

This role is execution-focused, requiring the ability to produce clean, high-quality work efficiently from briefs. The Multimedia Designer will collaborate directly with our existing designer to manage production overflow, encompassing both video editing and graphic design tasks. Creative output at Aajil includes a range of content such as podcasts, carousels, employer branding materials, and LinkedIn posts. The position demands a high pace and consistent output across varied projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit podcast episodes and short-form video content using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Produce static graphics for LinkedIn posts, carousels, and employer branding assets.
• Maintain visual consistency across all output in line with Aajil's brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on-site to access and manage large production files efficiently.
• Deliver finished assets on tight turnaround timelines without compromising quality.

Candidate Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating real work in both video editing and graphic design is the primary evaluation criterion.
• Ability to produce clean, consistent output with minimal direction.
