Role Overview: OFSAA FTP Support Resource

This role focuses on providing hands-on functional and technical support across Oracle FSAA (Financial Services Analytical Applications) Fund Transfer Pricing implementations and operations. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in this domain.

The client is a prominent consulting firm based in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to delivering expert services within the financial sector. The OFSAA FTP Support Resource will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation and effective implementation of critical financial analytical applications, contributing to the firm's service delivery in the banking and financial services sector. This position requires a technically proficient individual capable of addressing complex support challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for the OFSAA FTP (Fund Transfer Pricing) module.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to OFSAA FTP configurations, rules, and processing.
• Support FTP rule configuration, including Transfer Pricing (TP) methodologies, rate management, and cost of funds calculations.
• Assist in OFSAA FTP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements as required.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective OFSAA FTP solutions.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across FTP outputs.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and support reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory and financial reporting standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant support or implementation role, specifically with OFSAA FTP.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in Oracle FSAA (Financial Services Analytical Applications) and Fund Transfer Pricing.
• Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the banking or financial services sector.

Work Location and Authorization

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Candidates must possess valid work authorization or a transferable Iqama to be eligible for this role.
