Nail Technician

About the Role

BRAU is seeking a Nail Technician to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing high-quality nail services and ensuring a positive client experience. The Nail Technician will be responsible for upholding BRAU's standards of hygiene and professionalism while building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manicure, pedicure, and nail removal services.
• Provide professional consultations and advice to clients regarding nail procedures.
• Explain treatment procedures to clients to ensure mutual understanding.
• Address client needs and concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote and upsell products, services, and packages as appropriate.
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the salon.
• Identify and implement new beauty treatments in line with market trends.
• Conduct treatments exclusively at the BRAU salon.
• Participate in marketing events, including pop-ups, complimentary treatments for influencers and models, and photo shoots.
• Provide training to BRAU artists when required and monitor their performance to ensure high-quality treatment delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nail Technician.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent and confident communication in English.
• Sales-driven approach.
• Flexibility regarding working days and shifts.
• Knowledge of salon services, products, and professional standards.

Work Environment

This role is based at the BRAU salon in Riyadh, where all treatments are performed. The position requires a commitment to maintaining a professional and hygienic salon environment.
