The Role

Tamara is seeking a New Merchant Acquisition Specialist to join its In-store Operations team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves identifying and onboarding new business partners, as well as inspecting in-store marketing efforts at existing Tamara partner stores. The role requires frequent on-site visits to merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential merchants at their physical store locations.
• Introduce Tamara's services and explain the benefits of partnership to prospective merchants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their needs to position Tamara's offerings as solutions.
• Conduct in-person product or service demonstrations and address merchant inquiries to secure new partnerships.
• Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and merchant feedback, to inform company strategy and product development, with a focus on in-store material visibility.
• Guide interested merchants through the application and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and establish long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of internship or co-op training experience in sales or business development.
• A maximum of 2 years of total professional experience.
• Possession of a valid KSA driver's license is mandatory.
