This is a full-time position focused on enhancing customer travel experiences.

Role Overview

The Officer - CT Branch Sales is responsible for assisting customers in identifying appropriate holiday products and providing comprehensive information on travel itineraries. This role involves inspiring customer choices, helping them select suitable holiday packages, and achieving individual sales targets. A key aspect of the position is to enhance the overall customer experience through direct interaction and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leisure travel assistance for clients, including arrangements for air, hotel, resort, cruise, restaurant, tours, and sightseeing.
• Stay informed on products and services through ongoing research using the internet, sales representatives, industry publications, and other media.
• Achieve sales targets by ensuring a high customer conversion rate.
• Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers to ensure an enhanced customer experience.
• Advise customers on travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, and other requirements related to holiday packages or travel.
• Resolve conflicts and other potential issues, follow up with customers about travel plans, and adjust as needed.
• Receive and process customer feedback and opinions on service quality and areas for improvement.
• Identify and understand customer needs to customize packages, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a high level of competency, initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
• Gather necessary documents and information for processing requests such as visas and International Driving Licenses (IDL), and liaise with the Service Coordinator for prompt responses.
• Maintain a database of regular customer bookings, meal preferences, seat preferences, and offer personalized services as required.
• Adhere to service level targets and coordinate with other departments to meet client service expectations.
• Stay fully informed of all airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and industry requirements, applying this information accurately when making travel arrangements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a travel agency company.
• High School Graduate or a Diploma in any field is preferred.

Required Skills

• Minimum competencies in English and knowledge of the Arabic language are essential.
• Excellent selling skills, with the ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems, GDS systems, and e-travelling platforms.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, as well as domestic and international travel trends.
• Demonstrated ability to design holiday packages based on customer requirements, coupled with strong knowledge of travel booking software.
