NHC Innovation is seeking an Operations Monitoring Sr. Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for maintaining the stability and performance of key digital infrastructure, contributing to the delivery of essential services.

The Role: Operations Monitoring Sr. Specialist

The Operations Monitoring Sr. Specialist will play a central role in overseeing and optimizing the infrastructure supporting the Balady Plus application, specifically its Maps & Lifestyle components. This position involves comprehensive management and continuous monitoring of the application's environment hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring robust performance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Balady Plus application (Maps & Lifestyle) infrastructure on Oracle Cloud (OCI).
• Monitor the Balady Plus application (Maps & Lifestyle) infrastructure to detect and address issues proactively.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the health and longevity of the OCI environment.
• Ensure high availability of the Balady Plus application infrastructure, minimizing downtime.
• Implement and oversee performance optimization strategies for the application and its underlying infrastructure.
• Facilitate seamless data management processes within the Oracle Cloud environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a solid foundation in IT operations and cloud infrastructure management, coupled with practical experience in maintaining critical applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to system health and performance.

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in operations monitoring, cloud infrastructure, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Proven ability to manage, monitor, and maintain application infrastructure.
• Understanding of principles for high availability, performance optimization, and data management.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires a dedicated presence to manage and monitor critical systems effectively.
