The Role of Operations Officer

Rize is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to manage and support daily operational processes. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves reviewing and preparing contracts, following up on documentation, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who possess strong operational, communication, and organizational skills, and are keen to develop within the fintech and operations sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process financing applications in accordance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare, create, and validate contracts using internal systems.
• Follow up with customers, landlords, and internal teams to obtain missing documents and approvals.
• Monitor application pipelines to ensure timely processing and completion.
• Conduct quality checks on applications and customer documentation prior to final processing.
• Coordinate effectively with the Risk, Sales, Legal, Collections, and Customer Experience teams.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer data and contract information within company systems.
• Support operational reporting and maintain trackers using tools such as Excel and dashboards.
• Escalate operational issues, delays, or policy exceptions as required.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience level of 0-1 years in an operations or related field.
• Demonstrated strong operational aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
