The Role of Operations Specialist

StellaStays Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring the smooth operation and high standards of the company's properties. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for implementing property management strategies, overseeing daily operations, and upholding StellaStays' operational and service standards. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly to maintain service quality.
• Provide support during emergencies to ensure guest safety and assistance.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports, responding to requests in a timely manner.
• Oversee daily property operations, including budget management and operational planning.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on schedule and in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate and current operational records on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with approved service providers for maintenance, renovations, and repairs, including obtaining quotations, supervising work, and managing costs within budget.
• Understand and coordinate the responsibilities of service providers to facilitate efficient operations.
• Support the achievement of budget targets by identifying practical and cost-effective solutions.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through clear communication, timely follow-up, and effective problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities for improving operational processes, service quality, and overall efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in operations, property management, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and daily operational processes.
• Demonstrated communication, leadership, organizational, and budget management skills.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance, renovation, and repair activities.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational tools.
