About the Role

Keemart is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the daily operational support of training programs, encompassing their formulation, execution tracking, and effectiveness evaluation to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily operational support for training programs, including training plan formulation, execution tracking, and effectiveness evaluation.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that training courses are conducted on time and meet business needs.
Manage training-related data, regularly output operational reports, and propose optimization suggestions.
Assist in establishing and improving training processes and standards to enhance training operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in training operations or related business operations.
Team support experience is considered a plus.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Familiarity with training system setup and project management processes.
Proficiency in office software.
Strong data analysis and documentation writing capabilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
