About the Role

Ilmi is seeking an Organizational Excellence Officer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance discipline across the organization. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Organizational Excellence Officer is responsible for enhancing institutional effectiveness by strengthening governance, optimizing processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role aims to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and strategic alignment across all functions within Ilmi.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Ilmi's organizational performance framework across various functions.
Assist in translating strategic objectives into measurable KPIs, departmental scorecards, and operational targets.
Prepare and maintain performance dashboards and periodic reports to monitor progress against defined targets.
Coordinate with departments to track performance updates and support alignment toward agreed goals.
Document, map, and review key organizational processes to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support process improvement and re-engineering initiatives aimed at reducing redundancies and enhancing service quality.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality standards, policies, and continuous improvement tools.
Participate in internal reviews and compliance checks to ensure adherence to approved policies and governance requirements.
Support initiatives that promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
Assist in designing and coordinating employee engagement, capability-building, and innovation-related initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and leadership in preparing inputs for performance reviews, recognition programs, and development plans.
Support change management activities by preparing documentation, tracking implementation milestones, and monitoring adoption of new policies or systems.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Organizational Excellence Officer will work within Ilmi's operational framework to drive strategic objectives.
