About the Role

Dell Technologies is seeking an Outside Sales Product Specialist to join our Product and Solutions Sales Specialist team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing subject matter expertise to customers and the sales organization, focusing on Dell's products and services. The specialist will be responsible for understanding a specific portfolio of products and services to support sales efforts and directly advise customers.

Role Context and Impact

The Outside Sales Product Specialist acts as a key technical resource, supporting the Outside Sales teams by offering technical advice throughout the sales process. This position involves proactively identifying and addressing customer business needs by leveraging Dell’s product and service offerings. The specialist will advise customers on various aspects, including product features, configurations, pricing, and availability, contributing to the overall sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with senior-level technical personnel and decision-makers.
• Demonstrate the value of product and/or service technology to advance customer business objectives.
• Provide insight and thought leadership to customers regarding the applicability of highly complex products and services.
• Act as a technical resource for the sales organization to help meet and exceed their objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of technical products, vendors, and families of technologies.
• Excellent understanding of product configurations.

Essential Skills

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, support personnel, and leadership.

Work Environment
