PATIENT RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE II

About the Role

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Riyadh is seeking a Patient Relations Representative II. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction and addressing patient inquiries and concerns. The role involves upholding established policies, practices, procedures, and the Patients’ Bill of Rights.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and their families, responding to inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with relevant departments to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Respond to requests received through the IPA ticketing system and outreach initiatives.
• Conduct daily patient rounds based on scheduled assignments.
• Advocate for patient rights to ensure they receive optimal required services.
• Serve as a central resource for information regarding patient rights and responsibilities, as well as organizational policies and procedures pertinent to patient care.
• Facilitate Physician-Family conferences in response to patient needs.
• Participate in the emphasis and implementation of JCIA standards and government laws related to patient rights and ethical issues.
• Administer patient satisfaction surveys, input data into the electronic database, and utilize feedback to facilitate system improvements.
• Collect and input data related to patient complaints and findings.
• Maintain patient and family confidence by ensuring the confidentiality of complaint information.
• Prevent potential complaints by counseling supervisors and managers on developing issues, offering suggestions for resolution, and modifying practices that lead to repeated complaints.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.
