Role Summary

HungerStation is seeking a PL Territory Senior Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting third-party logistics (3PL) operations, fostering partner engagement, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily 3PL account operations in the Eastern Province to balance rider supply and delivery demand.
• Assist in onboarding and activating new 3PL partners to expand regional fleet coverage.
• Monitor 3PL operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics, identifying and reporting gaps to senior team members.
• Assist 3PL partners in resolving routine operational issues, logistics obstacles, and account inquiries.
• Review 3PL billing accuracy, assist in invoice validation, and track payment releases in coordination with Finance.

Partner Engagement and Retention

• Participate in operational discussions with 3PL partners in the Eastern Province to build strong working relationships and improve vendor retention.
• Gather operational feedback from 3PL vendors to identify areas for workflow and communication improvements.
• Support the communication of operational updates, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures to 3PL partners.
• Monitor daily 3PL compliance with HungerStation’s Code of Conduct and operational standards.

Governance and Operational Resilience

• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to ensure controlled and consistent daily work.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.
• Uphold a high-performance working environment and promote HungerStation’s values.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational support and partner relationships.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and performance metrics.
