Personal Finance Products Manager

About the Role

SAB is seeking a Personal Finance Products Manager to join the Wealth & Personal Banking group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing personal finance products within the Customer Value Management department, requiring 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Role Purpose and Context

The Personal Finance Products Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of lending products, from design and development to launch and performance monitoring. This involves understanding consumer needs, competitive landscapes, and internal/external environments to enhance SAB's customer base and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to assess the performance, revenue, and profitability of lending products against established plans.
• Design new lending products based on consumer needs, competitive analysis, and internal/external factors to expand SAB's customer base.
• Develop new product value propositions, specifications, and features, translating conceptual designs into tangible offerings.
• Liaise with Customer Relationship Management to gather data on consumer requirements, market trends, economic trends, and competitor analysis for new product development.
• Coordinate new lending product development efforts across cross-functional teams (IT, Branches, Marketing, Legal, Risk) for implementation, marketing, communication, and compliance.
• Manage the development of value proposition training manuals, sales training, and sales support for new products to ensure effective communication.
• Provide product-specific inputs for marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders on all aspects of marketing and promotional campaigns for new product launches.
• Work with Retail Banking & Wealth Management to understand specific business requirements related to lending products.
• Coordinate with the Senior Manager Lending Products for commercial service descriptions and adherence to profitability and cost-efficiency guidelines.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners for support in launching and promoting new products.
• Manage the preparation of reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc) and MIS to ensure accurate and timely information for decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in Personal Finance Product management.
• Strong technical background in personal banking products.
• Bachelor's degree in a related major.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Personal Finance Products - Customer Value Management department.
