Lending Product Manager

About the Role

SAB is seeking a Lending Product Manager to join the Corporate & Institutional Banking - Credit and Lending department in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on managing and enhancing lending product offerings, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful engagement with IT and relevant stakeholders on development and enhancement initiatives for lending products.
• Align all product offerings with SAB’s marketing approach.
• Lead initiatives related to queries from Coverage Teams and Support Teams.
• Promote IFS business and actively explore opportunities to increase market share through client visits.
• Promote and execute project plans to deliver the transformation strategy within the department.
• Ensure risk mitigation is central to all initiatives, actively raising MSIIs when necessary.
• Conduct post-sale checks for lending products (excluding the SME segment) on a bi-annual basis.
• Assess with vendors for product updates, new product evaluations, future expansion plans, and manage scheduling, cost, and quality during project execution involving vendors.
• Develop transformation within the department by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to individuals to enable goal achievement.

This role is based in Riyadh and is part of the Corporate & Institutional Banking - Credit and Lending department. The position is full-time.
