About Baraya Extended Care and the Role

Baraya Extended Care is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing supervised physiotherapy interventions and contributing to comprehensive patient care within a multidisciplinary setting. We are looking for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Physiotherapist will play a crucial role in supporting treatment plans and enhancing patient outcomes. This position requires active collaboration with various healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient well-being, while upholding the highest standards of clinical practice and patient safety within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervised physiotherapy interventions and actively support established treatment plans.
• Assist with patient assessments, meticulous data collection, and accurate progress notes.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment.
• Support clinical governance, infection control protocols, and patient safety initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.
• Perform or assist with standardized intake procedures, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Educate patients and their families on home programs and effective self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatments and patient outcomes.
• Participate in team rounds, clinical meetings, and case discussions.
• Support quality improvement projects and ensure adherence to accreditation standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid Saudi Commission License as a Specialist.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as a Physiotherapist.
