About the Role: Pre Sales Engineer

Dahua Technology MENA is seeking a dedicated Pre Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The Pre Sales Engineer will engage with both internal departments, including Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and external clients such as distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users. The primary objective is to enhance Dahua's business performance and reputation, contributing to sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support and advice on Dahua solutions to sales staff and customers, including troubleshooting in cooperation with R&D and integrating with third-party companies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, and installers, actively gathering product feedback.
• Ensure efficient communication with the Headquarter regarding new product lines and technical issues.
• Conduct site surveys, deliver customer training and product demonstrations, provide project support, and promote products in the market.
• Lead pre-sales product promotion, introducing new features to channel customers, assisting with product selection, and collaborating with sales to achieve targets.
• Deliver product training to customer technical engineers to enhance their technical knowledge.
• Consolidate market demand and gather product information and feedback for reporting to the product department, aiding in improvement and planning.
• Offer proactive project support, including assisting customers with tender document preparation and creating project tenders to required standards.
• Collaborate with the Dahua Marketing Team on promotional materials to support business development.
• Participate in training sessions for new technical department starters to ensure familiarity with Dahua products and solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the fire industry, specifically in a pre-sales or technical role for low current systems.
• Strong professional knowledge and practical experience in low current systems.
• Solid professional knowledge and practical experience in the military field are highly desirable.

Work Environment and Mobility
