Pre Sales Engineer

About the Role

Dahua Technology MENA is seeking a Pre Sales Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting sales efforts and developing solutions for specific projects within the security industry. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in achieving regional project sales targets.
• Manage requirements collection, solution design and presentation, on-site testing, and training for specific projects.
• Collaborate with local Business Development Manager (BDM) teams to cultivate industry market customers, identify project opportunities, monitor project progress, and ensure project implementation.
• Provide promotion, training, and technical guidance for industry-based products and solutions to internal sales teams and DPP customers.
• Develop regional industry solutions based on market demand research and competitor program analysis.
• Cooperate with sales personnel to organize and implement product-related promotional conferences, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communication, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the security industry, with a focus on pre-sales and project support.
• Familiarity with video surveillance products and related solutions, including a systematic understanding of network, storage, and server technologies.
• Ability to independently configure technical proposals and design technical solutions.
• Demonstrated successful experience with Safe City and Intelligent Transportation solutions.
• Experience in industry market research and analysis, competitor analysis, and the promotion of industry product solutions.
