About the Role

Enjaz is seeking a Process Re-engineering Senior Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on enhancing business processes across the organization, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and clearly defined. The specialist will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the documentation of critical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to design business processes that are clear, feasible for implementation, and applicable across Enjaz, ensuring stakeholder consensus.
• Streamline existing processes to enhance overall quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with key process owners to develop and implement methods for analyzing the effectiveness of core processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in unit systems, processes, and practices, incorporating international best practices, aiming for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
• Assist in the comprehensive documentation of processes to support the preparation of required procedures and policies for various divisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in process re-engineering, business process design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement clear, effective, and efficient business processes.
• Experience in process streamlining and effectiveness analysis.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills to assess process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to elicit cooperation from stakeholders and process owners.
• Ability to contribute to and stimulate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in documenting procedures and policies.

Work Environment
