Globant is seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Procurement Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Strategic Leadership and Collaboration

In this strategic leadership capacity, the Senior Finance & Procurement Lead will be responsible for overseeing critical financial and procurement functions. The role involves close collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Commercial, and Technology departments to ensure alignment, foster effective relationships, and achieve shared organizational objectives across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance & Procurement Governance across all technology initiatives, ensuring adherence to established policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Partner effectively with Finance, Procurement, Commercial, and Technology stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships and achieve shared objectives.
• Oversee comprehensive budgeting, financial forecasting, procurement operations, contract management, and vendor relationship management processes.
• Drive continuous process improvements, strengthen governance frameworks, and promote operational excellence throughout the finance and procurement lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance and support, while also delivering executive-level reporting and business insights to leadership.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in finance and procurement leadership positions. A proven track record of driving financial governance and operational efficiency within a technology-focused environment is essential for success in this role.

Work Arrangement and Location
