About the Role

Ethra For Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and developing both strategic and operational procurement activities within the organization. The Procurement Manager will oversee the complete procurement cycle and provide both managerial oversight and technical support across all procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with business and client requirements.
• Manage the complete procurement cycle, from sourcing and supplier selection through negotiation, contracting, and delivery.
• Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and business requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Lead negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, commercial conditions, and contracts.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and address procurement-related issues.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and cost optimization opportunities.
• Conduct procurement analysis to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support risk management activities related to suppliers and procurement.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to procurement and category specialists.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team.
• Take a hands-on role in complex procurement activities, negotiations, supplier issues, and critical procurement matters.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, contracts, and related documentation.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in procurement management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete procurement cycle.
• Experience in identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing procurement risks.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and mentor a procurement team.
