Role Overview

The Product Developer is responsible for developing innovative gift products that align with the brand identity. This involves ensuring creativity, maintaining high quality, and achieving market relevance across all occasions, from weddings and birthdays to various holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative gift and product concepts, including boxes, bouquets, and bundles.
• Research market trends and apply findings to generate new product ideas.
• Design products tailored for different occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and holidays.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure product quality and successful execution.
• Select appropriate materials, packaging, and accessories that align with brand standards.
• Improve existing products based on customer feedback and sales performance analysis.
• Prepare samples and prototypes for new product launches.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in product development, floral design, or the gifting industry.

Essential Skills

• Strong creative and visual design sense.
• Knowledge of color theory and packaging design principles.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible products.
• High attention to detail and strong execution skills.
