PayTech Group is seeking a Product Manager Digital Banking to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position focused on driving innovation within the digital banking sector.

The Role: Product Manager Digital Banking

The Product Manager will lead banking product initiatives with a strong emphasis on cards and payments. This role involves managing product priorities comprehensively, from initial business case development through to successful delivery and ongoing performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product initiatives end-to-end, covering assessment, planning, implementation, and performance review.
Develop comprehensive business cases, including detailed financial analysis and commercial assessment.
Prepare clear, professional, management-level presentations and recommendations.
Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to support delivery objectives.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous enhancement.
Support product planning and decision-making through structured analysis and market insight.

Required Experience

A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably within banking or financial services.
Proven ability to build robust financial and commercial business cases.
Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.
Regional experience, including working in a fast-paced matrix organization.
Candidates must meet applicable work authorization and client eligibility requirements in Saudi Arabia.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.
Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
