Strategic Product Leadership

In this position, the Lead Product Manager will serve as a vital link, effectively bridging the gap between overarching business strategy and practical product execution. This encompasses leading all phases of requirement discovery, meticulously prioritizing incoming requests, and ensuring robust alignment among all key stakeholders to achieve product goals and optimize user experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive and manage comprehensive business requirements for core digital platforms and solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Continuously identify and analyze areas for platform improvement, usability enhancement, and functional updates based on market needs and user feedback.
• Lead the triage, classification, and effective backlog management of all incoming business requests and feature enhancements.
• Plan, facilitate, and lead strategic product meetings and cross-functional working groups to foster collaboration and decision-making.

Candidate Profile and Experience
