Product Manager

About the Role

NSG Geospatial Services is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle of satellite and telecommunication services, from initial strategy to market delivery.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will oversee the development and implementation of product strategies, ensuring services are designed, priced, and delivered effectively to the market. This involves a comprehensive approach to product management within the satellite and telecommunication sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategy, including pricing models and business case development.
• Define user requirements and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and oversee service design.
• Utilize knowledge of VSAT, HTS, LEO, and MEO technologies in product development.
• Conduct customer-facing presentations and product demonstrations.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in product management, specifically within satellite and telecommunication services.
• Demonstrated ability in product strategy, pricing, and business case development.
• Proficiency in defining user requirements and managing product lifecycles.
• Experience with SLA definition and service design.
• Strong understanding of VSAT, HTS, LEO, and MEO technologies.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills for customer engagement.
