About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Program Manager Airports to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading the delivery of significant project streams within airport programs. The role requires a professional capable of managing complex initiatives in a dynamic operational environment.

Role Context and Scope

Operating under the guidance of the Program Director, the Program Manager Airports is accountable for the coordinated delivery of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and benefits across multiple related projects. This position drives cross-project planning, dependency management, and overall delivery, ensuring that all workstreams integrate into a coherent and on-track program within a 24/7 operational setting.

Programme-Stream Delivery Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a portfolio of related projects, managing cross-project dependencies and integration.
• Own the stream schedule, budget, and resource plan, including tracking progress and managing the critical path.
• Coordinate technical, operational, and vendor teams to achieve defined delivery objectives.

Risk, Change, and Governance

• Manage stream-level RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change control processes.
• Escalate issues to the Program Director and PMO as required.
• Assure quality, safety, security, and compliance across all projects.
• Support readiness, transition, and go-live activities.
• Operate consistently within established program governance and standards.

Commercial and Stakeholder Management

• Manage the stream budget, forecasting, and supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client, operational, and vendor stakeholders.
• Lead and develop project managers and their respective teams within the assigned stream.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working within a critical 24/7 operational environment. The role requires a proactive approach to program management and stakeholder engagement.
