Program Manager International Schools

About the Role

Noon Academy is seeking a Program Manager - International Schools to manage and expand its international tracks offering. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and reports directly to the Head of International Tracks. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and combines operational oversight with strategic development to enhance the learning experience.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Program Manager will ensure that all operational aspects of the international tracks, including schedules, teacher management, supervisor coordination, parent communication, and data management, run efficiently and meet established standards. This role also involves developing innovative learning experiences for students, with significant opportunities for program growth and impact across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and innovate the program to enhance student experience, learning operations, and delivery, continuously improving the product based on feedback, trials, best practices, and new ideas.
• Oversee team rhythm and cadence, including weekly priorities, blockers, and follow-through with teachers, supervisors, and operations across all relevant areas.
• Develop and execute strategies to scale the program significantly in Saudi Arabia and beyond in the coming years.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and operational components.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives.
