Program Manager International Schools

About the Role

Noon Academy is seeking a Program Manager - International Schools to manage and expand its international tracks offering. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and reports directly to the Head of International Tracks. The role involves both operational oversight and strategic development, focusing on enhancing the student learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing all operational aspects of the international tracks, including schedules, teacher assignments, supervisor coordination, parent communication, and data management, to ensure timely and high-standard execution.
• Developing and implementing innovative ideas to enhance the learning experience and create engaging moments for students.
• Managing, building, and innovating the program to improve student experience, learning operations, and delivery based on feedback, trials, best practices, and new concepts.
• Establishing and maintaining team rhythms and cadences, including weekly interactions with teachers, supervisors, and operations staff to address priorities, blockers, and follow-through.
• Developing and executing strategies to scale the program significantly within Saudi Arabia and the broader region in the coming years.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and operational processes.
• Experience in developing and implementing educational initiatives.
