About the Role

Bouki is seeking a Program Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to the successful execution of critical bank projects within the organization.

Role Purpose

The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of bank projects. This role involves comprehensive oversight to manage, facilitate, control, and support project activities in strict adherence to established processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall execution of assigned bank projects from initiation to completion.
• Facilitate effective coordination and communication among all project stakeholders.
• Control project progress, scope, and resources to ensure alignment with project plans.
• Provide essential support to project teams, enabling accurate and timely project delivery.
• Ensure all project activities and deliverables comply with defined organizational processes and standards.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in program management, project management, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated capability in managing and facilitating project execution.
• Understanding of project control principles and process compliance.
