Takamol Holding is seeking a Program Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing and leading the program of assigned projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives.

The Role of Program Manager

The Program Manager provides essential support across all project management activities, including strategic resourcing, establishing formal project controls, ensuring quality assurance, and managing contractual requirements. This role is critical in maintaining project integrity and driving successful outcomes within the company's framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program and project progress to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and in line with company standards, identified synergies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify key lessons from past and ongoing projects, translating insights into improvement recommendations to inform business case development and ensure project integrity and direction.
• Lead efforts to identify risk areas and immediate or structural obstacles that may impede successful project implementation, taking corrective actions or escalating issues as required to minimize risk.
• Assist in establishing project management standards, practices, and processes to enhance organizational efficiency, promote the utilization of best-in-class practices, and ensure compliance of all projects with established guidelines.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project progress, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure full engagement and alignment.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Program Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in program and project management. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to lead complex projects and manage diverse project activities effectively.
