Project Manager

About the Role

Convergint MEA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of ELV, IT, and Security Systems projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing projects from initial planning through to final certification. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution, coordinating with teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure complex infrastructure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and prepare comprehensive project plans in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
• Lead kick-off meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to establish clear alignment on project scope, timelines, and execution strategies.
• Manage the full project execution lifecycle, including installation, staffing, and coordination of hardware and software components.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, inspection, and final certification processes for all projects.
• Supervise Project Engineers and technicians on site, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to project standards.
• Report project progress to senior management and proactively resolve any issues with suppliers, contractors, or clients.
• Communicate updates, progress reports, and variation orders directly with clients.
• Provide training to technicians and client personnel on system usage.
• Offer after-sales support to clients as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
• 5–7 years of experience specifically within security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, ANPR, Biometrics, and Barriers.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Milestone/Genetec, or LENEL/Kerisys/Paxton are considered a plus.
