Project Manager Role Overview

Star is seeking Project Managers for multiple full-time openings in Riyadh Province. In this role, you will be responsible for owning specific workstreams and deliverables within Star's expanding portfolio of government and corporate programs. You will work closely with a Senior Project Manager, taking direct responsibility for your assigned program components. This position requires a proactive approach to managing workstreams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors daily, and identifying potential issues before they escalate.

Key Responsibilities

• Own specific workstreams within large government and corporate programs.
• Manage day-to-day delivery with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain project trackers, status reports, and communication logs.
• Flag risks and issues proactively to prevent escalation.
• Support Senior Project Managers with governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Actively use AI tools to improve efficiency, documentation, and output quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Approximately 3 years of experience in project management or structured program delivery.
• Experience with government, corporate, or institutional programs is preferred.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both in writing and during meetings and client calls.
• Demonstrated structured thinking, including defining project completion criteria before initiation.
• Active daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar is non-negotiable.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, capable of articulating personal contributions.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
