About Classera and the Role

Classera is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a strategic project. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on ensuring project success within defined parameters.

Role Purpose

The Project Manager will be responsible for establishing strong project governance, executing effective stakeholder management, and ensuring seamless coordination across technical and business teams. The primary objective is to deliver the strategic project within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through implementation, delivery, and closure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and dependency logs.
• Coordinate effectively with key stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress diligently and provide clear, concise status reports to senior management.
• Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and escalation processes systematically.
• Ensure strict compliance with contractual requirements and established project governance standards.
• Lead project meetings and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, go-live, and post-launch activities.
• Verify that all project deliverables meet the required quality and acceptance criteria.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in project management. This includes a proven track record in leading strategic projects and demonstrating strong capabilities in project governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team coordination.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position requiring dedicated presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with various technical and business teams to achieve project objectives.
