The Role of Purchasing Manager

The Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing the entire procurement process, ensuring efficient acquisition of goods and services for the company's projects. The manager will play a key role in cost optimization and improving operational efficiency across the Food & Beverage and Valet Parking divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing and quotation requests.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze purchasing data to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and other internal stakeholders to align purchasing activities with project needs and budgets.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and contribute to improving operational efficiency.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant purchasing or procurement role.

This is an on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
