QHSE Manager

About the Role

Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) to oversee and manage all QHSE activities across its construction projects and operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential work locations also in Jeddah, depending on project requirements. The role combines both office-based and field-based responsibilities.

Role Overview

The QHSE Manager will be responsible for leading the company's commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. This involves developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE management systems to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment across all construction sites and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all company QHSE activities across construction projects and operations.
• Manage QHSE documentation, including development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Plan and prepare QHSE reports for various stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
• Coordinate effectively with project teams on all QHSE-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety & Environment management, preferably within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage comprehensive QHSE programs.
• Strong understanding of QHSE regulations and best practices.

Work Location

The primary work location for this role is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. However, the position may require work in Jeddah or Riyadh, depending on specific project requirements and company needs.
