About the Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking an experienced Recruiter Team Lead to manage and optimize day-to-day recruitment and talent matching operations. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role involves leading an operations team to ensure efficient talent placement and operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Recruiter Team Lead will oversee the recruitment and matching processes, focusing on optimizing candidate-to-job alignment. This position requires monitoring team performance, delivering actionable insights, and providing executive reports to ensure high-quality talent placement and continuous operational improvement.

Operational Leadership and Supervision

Lead, supervise, and mentor the talent matching and recruitment team to ensure smooth operational execution.
Monitor daily recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement workflows.
Establish clear operational performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous process improvements.

Matching and Workforce Analytics

Analyze recruitment and matching performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
Develop and deliver regular analytical reports and strategic insights to senior leadership regarding placement rates, speed-to-hire, and operational efficiency.
Ensure high accuracy and alignment in candidate-to-vacancy matching.

Stakeholder and Vendor Collaboration

Partner with internal teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to streamline hiring pipelines.
Oversee Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance and align talent supply with labor market requirements.
Resolve escalated operational issues and streamline candidate journey touchpoints.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role. This full-time position requires a professional who can drive operational excellence and strategic talent placement within a dynamic environment.
