About the Regional Refrigeration Manager Role

This full-time role focuses on ensuring that all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment is maintained in optimal mechanical condition and possesses sufficient capacity to meet operational demands. The Regional Refrigeration Manager will oversee critical infrastructure within a large-scale environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment is maintained in good mechanical order.
• Verify that equipment capacity meets operational demands.
• Oversee the maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems within a large-scale poultry processing plant.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience managing engineering operations in a large-scale poultry processing plant, specifically in the maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Overall experience required is 5-10 years.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Freon and ammonia systems.
• Compressor Servicing: Experience in complete servicing of screw and reciprocating compressors.
• Equipment Servicing: Experience in servicing pumps, condensers, and chillers.
• Refrigeration Machinery: Sound experience with all types of refrigeration machinery.

Required Skills

• Communication: Excellent communication skills with strong influencing and man-management abilities.
• Troubleshooting: Sound knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnostic fault finding.
• Decision Making: High degree of confidence and decision-making capability.
• Personal Attributes: Focused under pressure, self-motivated, assertive, confident, fair, and open-minded.
